Altered glass...

This is the first time I have tried anything like this...And I am so happy I did!

I absolutely love how they came out, I do not want to part with them! lol oh well I have created these for the craft fair also. I think they are awesome...they can be candle holders, candy holders or even sewing notions or beads, odds and ends!

They come together nicely and easliy...plus they are beautiful home decor pieces!

I used
glass candlestick holders
glass votive holders
E6000 (outside because it stinks) lol
my homemade flowers
organza ribbon from my stash (1 inch wide)
rhinestones
blingy buttons
Hot glue

Well, here they are...you be the judge! what do you think?

If I had room I would keep them all and make a candy station...but I really don't have the space! I hope others like them just as much and would like to give them a new home! lol

Thanks for visiting, Have a great day!

A few quick cards

I wanted to make a bunch of cards quick! I also needed to keep them simple so this way they can be put through the mail. I am going to be selling these at the craft fair.

I had a good time making these, they were a bunch of fun and work up quick...which is always nice! Especially when you have a pretty tight schedule to keep!

I used
papers from DCWV spring fling mat stack
A2 card bases from studio g
flat back pearls
Memento ink for sentiment
my chalk inks
martha stewart corner punch
walmart ribons
rhinestones

I love how these all came out! I think I am doing pretty good with these clean and simple! I guess it may be time to move on and try a bit more detail! I still have a bit of trouble layering a bunch together...I will add that to my want to try list! lol

Hope you like them! Happy crafting!

Barbecue basting sauce

1/2 cup steak sauce
1/2 cup ketchup

Simple Thank you cards

I wanted to make a few thank you cards using my new Lawn Fawn stamp set. These are what I came up with...I colored them with my spectrum markers.

I fussy cut the jars and fruits, used my memento ink to stamp everything, and used my chalk inks to ink the tags. I punched the tags with my ek punch.

Oh yeah the paper I used was colorbok the fall color 6 by 6...not sure of the name of the stack if you are interested I will find out and let you know!

I am going to use these to sell at the craft fair as well.

Leave a comment and let me know what you think!

Hope you all had a great fourth! Have a great week everyone!

Altered Clipboards

I figured I would have a go at these clipboards for the craft fair! I think they came out pretty well...at least for my first try! I wanted to keep them useable, so I didn't go all out on decorating them.

I do have takers on a few if they don't end up selling! lol hope you like them tell me what you think!

I had a great time making these, suprisingly they are pretty easy to alter! Thanks for stopping by!

Killing time playing with supplies...lol

I won this Die in a giveaway from my friend Steph she is emchantedsteph on YouTube...Go check her out she has a blog as well I have a link to it on the bottom right! I was so excited to get this Lala land die...can you tell! lol I was able to use up some of my bigger scrap papers to make these...win win! Woohoo!

I also went a little crazy stamping...hahaha When I get a new stamp I fill two sheets with images then cut one sheet out or at least 2 of the images from each stamp, this way they are ready to be colored.
I sometimes just need a mindless activity to do and coloring is the best to relax as well!
These are the newer stamps I have purchased also with winnings from Youtube giveaway...nurselarelle (YouTube) Thank you Larelle my friend! Go check her out on Youtube as well!  I have these ready to go but I haven't colored them just yet!

Sorry about the choppy picture below not sure what happened there...lol looked fine on my camera! oh well... I went nuts doing skin and hair...but it was fun! All I have to do when I need an image for a project for a little bit anyway is color or paper piece the clothing!

It was a nice way to relax and get a few things off my mind! and I got to practice a bit on my coloring techniques! Have a great day everyone!
