one piece Valentines goody box

I was thinking of making a smaller box to hold a few candies for some co-workers for my hubby for Valentines. I just made some for the kids so I had a  little inspiration from those.

I came up with a one piece box that holds a little less candy but I can make in mass production!

Here is the box closed!

I used the same paper flowers to decorate the top! it has a slit the tab slides into to keep the box closed! I really like these little boxes they would be great for thank you gifts also!

here are the candies wrapped with scrap paper on the inside!

Only six nuggets fit, but for adults I figure that is plenty!

Off to finish the rest!

Two piece Valentines Goody box

I wanted to make something simple for the kids in the family for Valentines Day!

We really don't do to much just a little something, so I thought a small box with a little candy would fit the bill!

Here is the box closed! I did a scalloped edge and added one of my paper flowers!
Super simple!

I wrapped some Hershey nuggets wrapped in scrap paper that matched!
Easy peasy...can you believe it holds 12 candies?

I think the kids will love these! Now to come up with an idea for co-workers maybe a smaller box...

Match box ornaments

Matchboxes

I made each of these by hand and decorated them with scrap pappers and embellished them with my handmade paper flowers. I also added a ribbon hanger/pull to the drawer part with a eyelit.

Here is one up close I think it came out beautifully.

I weven lined the inside of the drawers so it all ties in and to make it a bit sturdier. I am using these as an advent calender of sorts they will hang on my tiny tree and hold tiny treats for the twelve days of christmas.

I hope you like them!

Some paper ornaments

Here are a few of the ornaments I made. I was inspired by Cynthia who is the scrsppybookworm on YT. I have also made a video on these so please feel free to head to my YT channel.
I made four of each.

Here are the green ones all were made from paper scraps I am doing very good at depleting my scrsp bin! I added a stamped image to the center and a leaf I had left over from other projects.

Here on these which I call my red ones I added a red floer with a snowflake die cut and a circle folded up and a tile from Erica on top. Love it!

Here is my blue ones and I love these I added a blue and white flower a stamped image and two layered snowflakes with glitter. I think these are my fave.

I have hole punched them all and threaded an organza ribbon through each for hanging! Hope you all like them!

Christmas simple card share

Hi everyone!

I have been really busy, working up some holiday cards to hand out to family and friends. I wanted to make some simple ones to hand out last minute if need be. Sometimes we have unexpected visitors for the holidays and I like to keep a few extra gifts on hand just for that reason so I need some cards to go with them.
These are super simple but pretty. I used scrap papers for the background DCWV chrsitmas stack and cut a strip about 1 inch to go across the center and fussy cut a poinsettia for the center. super quick and fun.

These next ones I decorated the envelopes and added a piece of cardstock matted with a 1 inch strip and candle stamp which I colored up with my spectrum markers. These are great to have on hand for extra little gifts. you can easily slip a gift card in with the card!

These are the same as above but they have a poinsettia sticker in their center. I love how easy these work up, that you can use your scraps and those left over envelopes.

Here are two cards I made for two ladies on YT I layered up some winter papers from DCWV, used some snowflakes from my fiskers punches with bling in the centers and I colored the image with my spectrum noir markers. The stamp is from a magazine I purchase.

I hope you all like them!

I colored the cc design image with my spectrum noir markers and added a sweet little flower to her hair bow.

Cute mini inspired by a friend on YT

I have seen these minis in the past and I have made a few but I have gifted them all away...So when I saw a friend making these I was motivated to get back into making them! They are quick and easy to make!

If you need a quick gift and have little time these babies are the answer! lol I made two of these In one night just a few hours most of which I was picking out the paper and embellies.

I already gifted them away but I was able to get my daughter to lend me hers so I could take pics for you all! I used scrap papers all DCWV I believe and colored Cheshire and Alice bean with my spectrum noir markers!

The stickers were from my stash I have had them awhile so not sure of the company. I crochet so I made a flower with a river pebble in gren for the closure with velcro and the ribbon is from walmart.

I made all the tags with various studio g basic gray stamps and miscellaneous stickers. Die cuts are from my cricut carts. I used my distress inks to add some depth.

My daughter loves it ad I hope you all do too!

The opposite side open

Simple quick and sweet, this mini can hold a good amount of pics and journal spots. great for a event!

Material and lace flowers

It has been a long time since I have made flowers like these. I used to make these for hair clips for my daughter when she was little...That was quite awhile ago. lol

I used up the scraps from making the pin cushion for my sister, a few posts back. I cut it into strips and did a running stitch then I layered gathered lace on top and hot glued it together with a button and some bling.

I got three flowers from a tiny bit of scraps, I think that is awesome. Now I have three new flowers to add to my stash, for future projects.

I used a different button on each one but other than that they are exactly the same. Hope you like them!

This button is more star like I love the added detail it gives.

This button has almost a animal print (scaly ridges) along the edge.

last but not least this one is just a raised rolled edge, simple and sweet.

Hope you liked them! Thanks for stopping by! Happy crafting.

Fall tag featuring you're so sweet digi

This is the second Tag I have ever made. So please be kind, The first was for a friends challenge on YouTube. I think it turned out pretty cute.

I had a good time making it, and it is a plus because I used up some scraps to do it! I cut a piece of orange cardstock for the tag, some chevron halloween paper to lay on top and I used my martha punch on the sides, a purple flower die cut I had laying around some nylon leaves and orange flower from my stash a brown button some trims a brown pompom and cream crochet one.

I took my white gel pen and did some faux stitching on the die cut and the tag base, I also hand wrote happy fall.

My digi you're so cute, looks so cute! I colored her up with my spectrum Noir markers and popped her up on dimensionals.  Over all I think it turned out pretty darn good. lol but you be the judge let me know what you think!

This is the first time I have tried anything like this...And I am so happy I did!

I absolutely love how they came out, I do not want to part with them! lol oh well I have created these for the craft fair also. I think they are awesome...they can be candle holders, candy holders or even sewing notions or beads, odds and ends!

They come together nicely and easliy...plus they are beautiful home decor pieces!

I used
glass candlestick holders
glass votive holders
E6000 (outside because it stinks) lol
my homemade flowers
organza ribbon from my stash (1 inch wide)
rhinestones
blingy buttons
Hot glue

Well, here they are...you be the judge! what do you think?

If I had room I would keep them all and make a candy station...but I really don't have the space! I hope others like them just as much and would like to give them a new home! lol

Thanks for visiting, Have a great day!
